Please note: Smoke bombs are classified as pyrotechnic devices by the USDOT and we are legally required to ship via hazmat. Hazmat products (like smoke bombs) are one of the most complicated, regulated, and expensive products to ship.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes. All orders ship from the West Coast.

Orders ship Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed before 11 AM on a weekday are typically processed the same day but during our busy season orders can take up to 3 days to process.

We do not ship on the weekends. Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will ship the following Monday.

Transit time will range between 2-7 business days based on where in the USA your order is shipping.

Shipping is a flat rate and includes the required specialty hazmat fee, as well as your general shipping charge. Please note that we are legally required to ship via hazmat. This is the law and cannot be removed.

Tracking numbers will be emailed to the address provided on the order. If you do not receive your tracking information within 3 business days, please check your Spam and/or Junk folder as some filters pick up shipping messages.

Currently, shipping is only available within the United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii)

Orders are shipped via FedEx Hazmat Ground Services.

How long do smoke bombs last?
Smoke bombs last for 3-5 years if stored in a cool, dry place.

Are smoke bombs legal in my state?
Yes! Smoke bombs are legal in all 50 states.

Can I get a refund?
Absolutely! If for whatever reason your smoke bomb is a "dud" - just reach out and we'll gladly get you refunded for the unit price of the smoke bomb(s).

Can I bring smoke bombs on a plane?
No, absolutely not...

How do I use the smoke bomb?
To ignite them correctly, first, remove the black safety cap. Make sure that the smoke bomb is pointed away from you, other people, and away from anything flammable. With your other hand, pull the metal ring attached to the end of the smoke bomb and pull it to the side. There will be sparks for a couple of seconds that shoot out of the smoke vent. The vent is on the same side as the metal pull ring for single venting smoke bombs. For dual venting smoke bombs, both sparks and smoke come out of both ends of the grenade. The sparks only shoot out for 1-2 seconds, and they are followed by billows of smoke.

What if I need to make changes to my order?

How long does shipping take?
We ship from the West Coast, so the further East you are the longer it will take.
West Coast: 2-3 days
Midwest: 3-5 days
East Coast: 5-8 days

When will my order be shipped?
Orders ship Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). If your order is placed before 11AM MT, it will ship the same day. Any orders placed after 11AM MT will ship the next day. Orders are not shipped on the weekends.

Why does it cost so much to ship smoke grenades?

Smoke bombs are pyrotechnics and classified as dangerous goods by the United States Department of Transportation. Legally, smoke grenades have to be shipped by a hazmat courier. Hazmat products such as smoke grenades are regulated and expensive products to ship. The price you pay for shipping includes a specialty hazmat fee along with your general shipping charge. That’s why the shipping price is higher to ship smoke bombs. We do not make money on shipping! However, we are happy to eat some of the shipping cost with the more units you order :)

Can you rush my shipment?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products, we cannot rush shipments and all packages will be delivered via ground.

Why is a signature required for my delivery?
It's for everyone's safety, at the end of the day, these are explosives! You can create a free account at Fedex/UPS to be In more control of your delivery.

Oh no! I missed my delivery - now what?

No problem! Fedex/UPS will try 3 more times. If you aren't able to be present for any of those times, they'll leave the smokes at your local shipping facility for 1-2 weeks, and you can pick them up at your earliest convenience!

This shipping method is a flat rate for each shipment, regardless of the size/weight of the order. For this reason, we recommend ordering more units per order to get the best bang for your buck.
