Shipping Information
Hazmat Shipping Rates
Smoke grenades are classified as hazardous materials by the USDOT. All orders must ship via FedEx or UPS Hazmat Ground service, which costs more than standard shipping. We use tiered shipping rates to keep costs fair:

Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 2 PM PST (excluding holidays). Orders placed before 11 AM on weekdays typically ship same day. During busy periods, processing may take up to 2 business days.
Delivery Times
After your order ships, estimated delivery times are:
- West Coast: 2-3 business days
- Midwest: 3-5 business days
- East Coast: 5-7 business days
Orders ship from Nevada via FedEx or UPS Hazmat Ground (Monday through Friday only).
Tracking
Tracking numbers are emailed to you automatically once your order ships. If you do not receive tracking within 3 business days, check your spam folder or contact us.
Shipping Restrictions
We can only ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We cannot ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Massachusetts
- Canada
- PO Boxes (physical street address required)
Signature Required
All hazmat deliveries require a signature upon receipt. Someone must be present to sign for the package.
Why Hazmat?
Colored smoke grenades contain pyrotechnic materials and are regulated by the Department of Transportation. This is why they cannot ship via USPS, cannot go by air, and require special hazmat ground carriers. The good news: our products are ATF compliant and 100% legal to purchase and use in most US states.
