Shipping Information
Hazmat Shipping Rates
Smoke grenades are classified as hazardous materials by the USDOT. All orders must ship via FedEx or UPS Hazmat Ground service, which costs more than standard shipping. We use tiered shipping rates to keep costs fair:

There is no minimum order. One flat hazmat fee covers your entire order, no matter how many units you buy β and it's free at $225. Hit $110 and we throw in a free smoke bomb; hit $160 for two; max out at three free smokes at $250.
Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 2 PM PST (excluding holidays). Orders placed before 11 AM on weekdays typically ship same day. During busy periods, processing may take up to 2 business days.
Delivery Times
After your order ships, estimated delivery times are:
- West Coast: 2-3 business days
- Midwest: 3-5 business days
- East Coast: 5-7 business days
Orders ship from Nevada via FedEx or UPS Hazmat Ground (Monday through Friday only).
Tracking
Tracking numbers are emailed to you automatically once your order ships. If you do not receive tracking within 3 business days, check your spam folder or contact us.
Shipping Restrictions
We can only ship to contiguous U.S. states except Massachusetts, plus Washington, D.C. We cannot ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Massachusetts
- Canada
- PO Boxes (physical street address required)
Signing for your delivery
Plan for someone to sign. Check your tracking for the signature requirement so the right person can receive it.
For FedEx deliveries
Missed the first attempt? FedEx may make up to three delivery attempts total, so there can be up to two further attempts. Check your tracking or door tag for the next steps and dates.
Wonβt be around? Create a free FedEx Delivery Manager account for tracking alerts. Call FedEx at 1-800-463-3339 with your tracking number and mention that the shipment contains hazardous materials. Ask which delivery options are available, and whether pickup at a permitted FedEx facility is possible. Confirm any pickup arrangement and location with FedEx before traveling.
Hazmat shipments have stricter delivery-change rules. We cannot promise an address change, reroute or pickup option after dispatch; FedEx must confirm what is permitted for your shipment.

Why Hazmat?
Colored smoke grenades contain pyrotechnic materials and are regulated by the Department of Transportation. This is why they cannot ship via USPS, cannot go by air, and require special hazmat ground carriers. The good news: our products are ATF compliant and 100% legal to purchase and use in most US states.
