A-C
- ATF Compliant
- Products that meet Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives regulations. All Enola Gaye products are ATF exempt for consumer use.
- Burn Time
- How long a smoke grenade produces smoke after activation. Ranges from 25 seconds (Twin Vent II) to 90 seconds (WP40).
- CE Certified
- European conformity marking indicating the product meets EU safety standards. Enola Gaye helped shape these standards.
- Cold Burn / Cool Burn
- A smoke grenade design where the exterior casing stays cool enough to handle with gloves during the entire burn. Enola Gaye products use cool-burn technology.
- CPSC
- Consumer Product Safety Commission. Enola Gaye products are CPSC inspected and approved.

- Dual Vent
- A smoke grenade that emits smoke from both ends simultaneously, like the Twin Vent II. Creates more intense smoke output in less time.
- EG25
- Enola Gaye 25mm micro smoke grenade. Compact, 30-second burn time. Sold in 10-packs.
- Enola Gaye

- Fuse-Lit
- Ignition method requiring a lighter to activate. Used by some competitors. Less convenient and potentially less safe than wire-pull or top-pull.
- Hazmat
- Hazardous materials classification. Smoke grenades require hazmat ground shipping via FedEx or UPS. Shipping details.
N-S
- NEC / NEQ
- Net Explosive Content / Net Explosive Quantity. The weight of pyrotechnic composition inside the device. EG25 has 15g, WP40 has 50g.
- Non-Toxic
- Smoke that does not contain poisonous chemicals. All Enola Gaye products produce non-toxic smoke, though inhalation should still be avoided.
- P1 Classification
- Consumer-grade pyrotechnic device classification. All Enola Gaye smoke grenades are P1 rated.
- Single Vent
- A smoke grenade that emits smoke from one opening at the top. Most models (EG25, WP40, TP40) are single vent.
- Smoke Bomb
- Common term for a smoke-producing pyrotechnic device. Technically called a smoke grenade. Used for photography, events, gender reveals, and training.
- Smoke Grenade
- The technical term for a handheld device that produces colored smoke when activated. More accurate than smoke bomb.
- Sulphur-Free
- A smoke composition that does not contain sulphur. Produces cleaner, less irritating smoke with no harsh chemical smell. All Enola Gaye products are sulphur-free.
T-W
- Top Pull
- Ignition method where you pull a ring upward from the top of the device. Used by the TP40. More intuitive for first-time users.
- TP40

- Enola Gaye dual-vent wire-pull smoke grenade. Fires smoke from both ends for 25-second intense burst. Shop Twin Vent II.
- Wire Pull
