  How to File a Guarantee Claim

  1. Email help@shutterbombs.com with the subject line: Guarantee Claim — Order #XXXX
  2. Include your order number, a description of what happened, and a photo or video of the faulty product.
  3. Claims are processed within 1-2 business days, and we'll confirm which option you'd like.

  What's Covered

  This guarantee covers manufacturing defects and product malfunctions. To qualify:
  - Products must be used as directed (outdoors, following all safety guidelines).
  - The guarantee covers product cost only — shipping costs are not refunded for individual product claims.
  - It does not cover user error or misuse.

  Damaged in Transit

  If your order arrives damaged, email help@shutterbombs.com with photos of the damaged packaging and products. We'll replace the affected items at no
  cost to you.

  Cancellations

  Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled due to the nature of hazmat
  shipments.
