Shutter Bombs Customer Support Text Messaging Program — Terms & Conditions

1. Program description

Shutter Bombs offers an optional, two-way SMS text messaging program for customer support only (the “Program”). The Program allows customers who opt in to communicate with our support team by text regarding orders, products, and support requests. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this Program.

2. How to opt in

You may opt in to the Program by (a) submitting your mobile phone number and actively checking the consent box on our opt-in form at shutterbombs.com/pages/sms-customer-support-opt-in, or (b) texting the keyword SUPPORT to (775) 260-2666 and replying YES to the confirmation message. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your support needs and the nature of your conversation with our support team.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Shutter Bombs does not charge for the Program, but you are responsible for any charges or fees imposed by your wireless provider.

5. Help and opt-out

Reply HELP at any time for assistance, or contact us at shutterbombs.com/pages/contact-us. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from the Program; you will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.

6. Privacy & non-sharing of mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information collected through the Program is used solely to provide customer support and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Carriers & delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We reserve the right to modify any phone number or short code used to operate the Program; you will be notified of such changes.

8. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Program or these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
