Timing & Shipping 5

Will it arrive before my reveal date?
Ships from our US warehouse via FedEx Hazmat Ground. Transit can run about 5–7 business days (longer to the coasts), with no shipping over holiday weekends and the occasional hazmat-inspection delay. Order early so it arrives in time.
How fast do you ship after I order?
Tracking typically lands in about 24–48 hours.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Not after dispatch — that's a hazmat rule. Call FedEx directly to hold or redirect the package.
Can I cancel?
Once it ships it can't be recalled or refunded — reach out ASAP before dispatch and we'll do everything we can.
Do you ship to my state?
US only. We can't ship to AK, HI, PR, or MA. California is fine.

The Reveal & Secrecy 3

How do I keep the color secret from the parents?
The labels read 01 = Blue and 02 = Pink. Cover them with foil if you want extra secrecy — just don't block the smoke hole.
Which way do I pull the wire?
Directly to the side — not up, not down.
Which way will the smoke blow?
Mind the wind direction so the smoke doesn't blow back at you.

How long does the smoke last?
The WP40 burns about 90 seconds. The EG25 burns about 30 seconds each.
How soon does it start smoking?
About 1–2 seconds after activation.
Is there white smoke first?
A slight white/gray wisp at ignition, then it kicks into full color.
One end or both?
The WP40 and EG25 both smoke from a single end. The Twin Vent II is the both-ends option.
What colors are available?
Nine: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, pink, black, and white.

Can I use these in my backyard?
Yes. The infamous California gender-reveal fire used a sparky device during peak fire season — these are different, but always be mindful during burn bans or dry season.
Are they hot? Can I hold one?
There are sparks and a small flame at ignition, and they burn hot internally before cooling to about fresh-coffee-mug warm. They're not technically made to be held, but many people do for photos — with caution.
Can I put it in a cauldron or under a car?
A cauldron is fine (the WP40 fits). Never put one in an engine bay or under a car. Out of a tailpipe is fine.
What's the shelf life?
Years, stored cool and dry.
