Smoke activates in 1–2 seconds. Tilt the smoke bomb to direct the plume. Shoot immediately — you have 30–90 seconds of dense smoke.
Always use outdoors in open, well-ventilated areas. Keep away from dry grass and flammable materials. Set the canister on non-flammable ground after ignition. For ages 18+ only.

How long does the smoke last?
Burn time varies by model: EG25 ≈ 25 seconds per unit (10-pack) · Twin Vent II ≈ 25 seconds (intense dual-vent burst) · WP40-D ≈ 60 seconds · TP40 ≈ 60 seconds · WP40 ≈ 90 seconds. For photography, the 60–90 second models give you enough time for 30–50 shots in a fast-paced session. The Twin Vent II trades duration for density — it dumps its charge from both ends simultaneously for maximum visual impact in a short window.
What's the difference between wire-pull and top-pull?
Wire-pull smoke bombs (WP40, WP40-D, Twin Vent II, EG25) activate by pulling a ring away from the body — great for one-handed use. Top-pull (TP40) is activated by pulling the top cap upward. Both ignition systems produce the same dense smoke; it's purely a preference of activation style.
Can I use these indoors?
No. Use outdoors only. Do not use these products indoors or disable smoke or fire alarms. Choose an open area away from buildings, dry vegetation, and combustible materials, and follow local rules.
Do they expire? How long can I store them?

Used these for a patriotic photoshoot. Worked really well. I’ve used smoke bombs with a pull ring to light them in the past, but I got these because of the fuse that you light. I personally think that lighting the fuse works way better than the pull ring and it’s safer since you don’t need to be holding the smoke bomb to light it. Colors were great, and the amount of smoke was great too.

I was so excited for the bombs and the photo session I purchased them for. We did have an issue with the red in the pack as it didn’t go off. I’m sure it’s most likely a rare occurrence and with a little photoshop help, no one knew. I was a little bummed. All and all. Great products and I would definitely purchase again in the future.
